Community Spaces at Avenue J

We were charged with creating cohesive opportunities for residents to connect with and in their community at New Hope Housing’s newest multi-family affordable housing community, Avenue J.

Our design solutions included interior finishes, furnishings, artwork, the design of two murals, and an interior wayfinding system that turned the building into a fitness space. The public areas of the property are pulled together with a unified feeling and a sense of connection to the neighborhood, creating unique spaces for residents gather and experience new ways to use the common areas of the building.
